Registration for a Paris-Saclay's master degree
Your administrative registration institution is Paris-Sud University
You are enrolling in a joint Master’s degree at Paris-Saclay University and you are registering at Paris-Sud University.
In this case, the tuition fees are due to Paris-Sud University. Once they are paid, you will receive your student ID card and registration certificate.
The enrolment procedures and dates vary according to the courses. They can start as of 8 July, and require that you should come in person, or on 10 July (and can be completed on-line for students already enrolled at Paris-Sud in 2014-2015).
For the medical school and the college of pharmacy, enrollment procedures will start on 7 september. Applicants have to go to the registration offices.
Please look at the table (in French) to find out which college (“composante” or “UFR”) deals with your registration procedures, depending on the course chosen.
Please note: “Scolarité” is the name of the office that you will be be looking for (=registration office).

If the University of Paris-Sud is also responsible for managing the course (“établissement référent”), then no further registration procedure is required.
Enrolling in a joint master’s degree
Course registration starts on 8 July.
You are enrolling in a joint Master’s degree at Paris-Saclay University. If the institution managing the course, exams, students’ follow-up etc (= établissement référent) is Paris-Sud:
1 – First deal with your administrative registration in the relevant institution. You will receive your student ID card and 2015-2016 registration certificate on paying the tuition fees.
If your administrative registration is done at Paris-Sud, then you don’t have to go through the next steps as course enrollment is done automatically.
2 – After your administrative registration, you have to complete your course enrollment at Paris-Sud, your “établissement référent” (= the institution managing the course, exams, students’ follow-up etc). Although free of charge, this procedure is compulsory.
This requires filling a simplified registration file and sending it or bringing it in person to the relevant college, depending on the course.
